Despite it being February, one of the coldest months of the year, lately it kind of feels like spring. We've had a very easy winter so far when it comes to Canadian winters, not much snow and unseasonably warm temperatures. This is probably due to global warming which is a very scary + real thing that's happening right now. Environmental issues aside, I'm loving the warmer temps because it allows me to leave my parka at home and just throw on a blazer with my new jeans.
I've always worn a lot of denim, it's been a wardrobe staple of mine since as far back as I can remember. I just love how you can dress jeans up or down depending on your mood or occasion. The most important factor for me when purchasing new denim is comfort. If they're not comfortable they'll sit in the back of my closet and get no love. I recently got my first pair of Paige jeans and must say I'm loving the fit! Paige is know for their premium TRANSCEND fabric because it's super stretchy, comfortable, extra flattering and will not stretch over time.
Wearing: Jacqueline Straight in Carbon Black | Tailored Blazer | Ankle Boots | Handbag | Raybans
I'm wearing their JACQUELINE STRAIGHT, which is a high rise straight jean with a cropped ankle in carbon black which is a nice change from my everyday blk skinnies. Is anyone else obsessed with cropped ankle pants right now?! They just look so good with all shoes. I love how they show off my sexy new boots from Aldo (currently on sale), which are totally Saint Laurent inspired without the Saint Laurent price tag.
That's all for now, talk soon. xx
